Chocolate Balsamic Fudge Cookies

Well, we have that answer for you right here in these kinda-sorta healthy chocolate cookies! No really, they're somewhat HEALTHY but actually also taste good! See how to make these delicious, fudgy cookies that are even more delectable with the addition of Olive Tap's Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 7 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbl The Olive Tap’s Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Greek low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.

  4. In a large, microwave safe bowl, melt butter in microwave.

  5. Stir in cocoa powder and sugars into melted butter bowl and mix until well blended.

  6. Stir in yogurt, Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar, and vanilla extract to that same bowl.

  7. Add flour mixture to bowl and mix all ingredients together until just combined.

  8. Measure out roughly tablespoons full of batter onto parchment paper lined baking sheet for best cookie size.

  9. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until set.

  10. Allow to cool on wire rack and serve.
