Ingredients:
You can pick any veggies you desire but here is what we chose:
- Any multi-grain bread
- Half an avocado
- 1 1/2 TBSP The Olive Tap’s Champagne Roasted Garlic Mustard*
- 1 tsp The Olive Tap’s Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
- 1/3 Cup Alfalfa Sprouts
- 1/4 English Cucumber peeled and sliced
- 1 Large Carrot, shredded
- 1/3 Cup shredded Red Cabbage
- 5 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced (easier to use larger tomatoes sliced)
- Few thin slices of Red Onion
- Any leafy green you want!
*We also love this with our Champagne Dill Mustard – try it with your favorite Olive Tap Mustard!
Directions:
- Slice, shred and chop all your veggies.
- Mix in the Roasted Garlic Olive Oil with your mashed avocado.
- Spread one half of bread with mashed avocado and spread your mustard on the other half
- Layer the veggies
- Wrap in wax paper to make it easier to eat
- Slice down the middle with a serrated bread knife
