Artichoke Parmesan Quiche

Who doesn't love a delicious quiche recipe?! Check out this Olive Tap version - Using our own Artichoke Parmesan Tapenade, or your favorite brand's product, You have to try this cool recipe to create a rich, flavor-filled quiche. Ingredients:

  • Prepared and Thawed 9” Pie Crust
  • 1 Cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 Cup bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 1/3 Cup minced onion
  • 1 full jar The Olive Tap’s Artichoke Parmesan Tapenade (or your other favorite brand)
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 Cup heavy cream, heated through
  • 1 whole can artichoke hearts, sliced

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Sprinkle bacon, onion and cheese in bottom of thawed pie crust.

  3. Top with tapenade, spreading evenly.

  4. Beat eggs and whisk in salt, wine, sugar & cream.

  5. Pour egg mixture into pie shell.

  6. Top with artichoke slices.

  7. Bake 15 minutes.

  8. Reduce oven temperature to 400 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer.

  9. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

  10. Serves 6 total
